    By working with clients to design every step of the strategic planning process, we ensure that planning sessions are productive. Depending on clients’ needs, our strategic planning service may include gathering information through surveys or consultations with stakeholders (staff, clients, customers, funders, volunteers, etc.), interviewing key informants, and providing environmental scans and other reports that provide planners with the information they need to make insightful, strategic decisions about their organization’s future.

    We will also compile your strategic plan documents, assist with action planning, and provide follow-up services such as performance monitoring and team building.
