This workshop will introduce OneSmartWorld processes that strengthen individual and team thinking and decision-making skills, leading to greater life success.

These processes are easily taught, and can be introduced to motivate individuals who are seeking to make a better future for themselves.

  • awareness of how they prefer to use their intelligence in daily life ("I know how I am smart")
  • adoption of a personal development process ("I can expand my range of thinking strategies")
  • practice at strengthening their use of intelligence in managing day to day life. ("I can learn to think better and make smarter decisions!")
  • develop a plan for using their intelligence to support a successful future
