Kivil Woodward

Kivil Woodward effectively combines his background teaching and practicing meditation, meditative healing arts, and stress reduction with the knowledge and insights gained while earning his Masters in Human Relations and Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University.

Kivil has studied Tai chi Chuan and Chi Kung, meditation, massage therapy, and Reiki. He has also acted as meditation coordinator at Grada Rajneesh Institute for Consciousness and Meditation. In addition to massage therapy and bio-field healing work with individuals, Kivil has led over one hundred weekend seminars on meditation, awareness through movement, and meditative healing practices. He has also taught Interpersonal Communication at Concordia University’s Department of Applied Human Science.

Kivil is an experienced intervener in self-managed working groups and conducts search conferences as a method of participative strategic planning. His work is collaborative and grounded in both a whole-system perspective and an awareness of how organizational structure affects workplace climate.

As an organizational development practitioner, Kivil’s core belief is that productivity and employee wellbeing can be mutually optimized. Work environments can be places of excitement, growth, fulfillment, and community while at the same time being extraordinarily effective, innovative and productive.
