John Dudek
John Dudek is a systems thinker dedicated to creating community in organizations and to fostering the belief that it is everyone’s responsibility to contribute knowledge, insight, and creativity for the continuous improvement of themselves and their organizations.
John was a founding partner of Hayhurst, Elias and Dudek (HED), an insurance brokerage that he helped grow from ten to 120 staff. In 1990, John’s desire to create a culture-based identity for his company led him to study quality management theory as taught by W. Edwards Deming and others. Today John is known for his knowledge of quality management and continuous improvement and often presents on these topics to business groups and organizations.
John’s Executive Coaching Certificate from Royal Roads University adds to his forty years’ experience in business and contributes to his understanding of the relationship between, and the identity of, organizations and their people. John calls this understanding a “new common sense” and it guides his work as a leadership coach.
