Bill Noyes
Bill Noyes specializes in leadership and organizational development. As a consultant, Bill uses ‘Action-Research’ and ‘Systems’ models to move people and organizations to sustainable change. In doing this, he draws from a deep understanding of behaviour and relationships.
Bill specializes in mobilizing strategic plans, supervision and evaluation, motivation, personal communication and conflict mediation. As well, he has developed leadership training curriculum and is well known for his exceptional teaching and facilitation skills.
In addition to his extensive background in consulting, Bill was a teacher, coach and school principal for thirty-four years and has been recognized locally, provincially, and internationally for his contributions to education in Canada.
Bill’s university education includes a Masters of Arts in Applied Behavioural Science, a Bachelor of Education, a Certificate in Education, and a Bachelor of Arts. Bill has also certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, in Perceptual Control Theory, and as a Restitution Facilitator.
