Barbara MacKay
As a facilitator, consultant, adult educator, and keynote speaker, Barbara MacKay has worked with hundreds of clients and participated in hundreds of events in Canada and the United States. Barbara offers a wide range of services:

Building on her Bachelor and Master degrees in Science, Barbara has trained extensively in Non-Violent Communication™ (NVC), Dr. De Bono's thinking techniques, the PATH graphic visioning process, Mind Mapping™, behaviour styles model “Why Are You Like That?™”, and the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) Thinking Styles and Learning Preferences.
Barbara has also been trained in The Learning Organization, conciliation, shifting from positions to interests, conflict resolution, negotiation, anger management, risk communication, training for trainers, and curriculum development.
Barbara is an Associate Facilitator and trainer in the USA and Canada for the International Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA), a Certified Professional Facilitator© (CPF), a facilitator-assessor with the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), and Professional Development Strategic Initiative Co-ordinator for the IAF). As a keynote speaker, Barbara has presented on work/life balance and other popular topics.
